A 5-day virtual retreat that invites us to find refuge within our practice as a way of coming back to the truest place of ‘home’ within ourselves. At the truest level, the feeling of Home is at the core of our Being. It is always available to us, even in the most challenging times when we feel disconnected to our family and friends. This retreat will journey us through asana, movement, breath, meditation, and deeper inquiry, as we widen the discovery of the Self collectively as a community.
U N V E I L I N G – A BREATHWORK JOURNEY
An 11-day transformational breathwork immersion
Ekadashi Pranayama is an 11-day transformational breathing sadhana (practice) that helps us to explore the subconscious mind. It is a technique designed to bring the roots of the problems up into consciousness for analysis and resolution of subconscious traumas stored in our cellular memories. This breathing technique uses the slow, harmonious, deep breathing of Mahat Pranayama (the great 3-part breath) that uses all parts of the lungs and it is based on a practical usage of Yantra (the science of numbers, name and form) as it uses the power of numbers to progress the breathwork daily.
P R A N A – 30HR IMMERSION
Exploring the inner alchemy of Prana through Prana Vayus, Asana, and Pranayama
A 10-week immersion that explores the different forms through which Prana expresses itself in the body through the Pancha Vayus. This immersion is grounded in subtle anatomy and the science of Ayurveda, and it looks at how to use and maximise our Prana through the yogic tools of asana and pranayama to efficiently to heal and empower our lives through energetic intelligence and alignment. Expect to dive deeper into self-discovery of the nature of your body-mind, as we explore how to support our physiological and psychological needs through Prana, for for the benefit of all beings.
