Why Do I Still
Feel Stuck?

Kathrina Bleinis RCC Trauma & Somatic Therapy

You understand your patterns, but true transformation requires speaking the language of your body.

If you are reading this, you are probably someone who is deeply thoughtful, capable, and self-aware. But somewhere along your journey, you may have learned that it was safer to manage how others perceive you rather than tuning into your own needs. You learned how to adapt and manage. You became the dependable one.

But in becoming the person everyone else needed, you may have lost touch with yourself.

I see this so often, and I want you to know that this disconnection lives in your body, not just your mind. Your nervous system learned to protect you through numbing, disconnecting, or hypervigilance. It is still trying to protect you today—but together,

we can help your body learn that it no longer has to work so hard.

Does this sound familiar?

01
You're
scanning for danger even in safe moments

02
Logic doesn't touch your anxiety—you know you're okay, but your body doesn't believe it

03
You
disconnect or numb out when things get intense

04
You're managing
everyone else's emotions to stay safe

My Approach

Somatic

Our bodies are always communicating with us. In our somatic therapy sessions together, I invite attention to what is happening internally, exploring sensation, posture, and impulses as entry points into understanding what the nervous system may be holding that isn’t yet in conscious awareness.

Parts Work Therapy

Parts Work

I believe we can hold multiple emotions and experiences at once. In parts work therapy, these inner experiences are often understood as “parts.” Together we explore our relationship with these parts and the roles they carry, supporting trauma and attachment healing from the inside out.

Somatic Therapy

Relational

Therapy is not something that happens in isolation. It’s a relationship between two nervous systems continually sensing and responding to one another. In our work together, we pay attention to what unfolds between us as a pathway toward safety, trust, and connection. A core part of attachment-focused trauma therapy.

Relational Therapy

I help people get unstuck from patterns that talk therapy alone didn't shift.

Healing trauma is not about learning to navigate the world outside, it's about learning to navigate the world within.
